I worked with records in county courthouses in Michigan and Indiana. Conducted extensive research on property and mineral title. Built abstracts of property and mineral title for energy clients.

1998 to 2008 – Schuler Books and Music, Okemos, MI. I worked as the Special Orders Manager, conducting research for customers, ordering, tracking and receiving books. Provided excellent customer service via telephone and email. Used MS Office extensively and was responsible for accounts payable and bookkeeping.
